SHOKAI Ausbao and Develotek have announced Parkview Construction as the builder for its $400M joint venture mixed-use development, Granville Place. SHOKAI Ausbao has co-operated well with Parkview on several projects already, including The Quay Haymarket and 60 Bathurst.
As the Parramatta region’s largest development, Granville Place is setting a new benchmark for dynamic modern living that integrates retail, commercial, residential retreats, community landscaping and premium apartments.
The level of its finishes, design, amenity and convenience is well beyond local standards for this kind of project, creating a new urban village for connected living with everything at residents’ fingertips.

Construction has already begun on site, with completion of Stage 1 – Towers A and B and the retail precinct – expected by the end of 2020. Stage 2 will be complete in 2021.
